Додаток 8. Анкета соціологічного дослідження споживачів готельних послуг (англійською мовою)
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Regional Department of Lviv Region State Administration and Lviv Commercial Academy are carrying on the investigation: "Hotel Services: State of Art". Economical and cultural contacts between Ukrainian and Ukrainian and foreign partners are in the process of still advance; tourism is permanently developing as well. Hotel service is supposed to promote the process. Due to its geographical position Lviv region is to be ahead in the development of hotel service integrating to the hotel net of the Western Europe. The questionnaire proposed is supposed to reveal the customer's point of view on a level of the hotel service. Your proposals and remarks are to be taken into account while the hotel service improvement.
